Our two play-scapes for the youngsters and a running and exercise trail, along with the fitness center for the adults are just a few of the extras available at Dessau. Along with the amenities Dessau has two lovely creeks with large greenways and lots of beautiful mature trees for your enjoyment.
Located conveniently around Dessau Fountain Estates are several shopping malls and many restaurants to choose with almost any variety of food you may be craving. An HEB, Randalls, Wal-mart, Home Depot, Super Target, Kohls, Radio Shack and Walgreens are just a few of the stores nearby. Just a few minutes from Dessau Fountain Estates you will find Tinsel Town movie theater and Chapparel ice skating rink. You will find that Dessau Fountain Estates is set right in the middle of it all.
We also have a complete carwash on property that has 4 bays, 1 RV bay, and an automatic carwash. We have 2 detail center with vacuums, fragrance sprays, and upholstery cleaner. Right next door to the car wash is A.C.A. Storage, which will accommodate RV’s to small cars.

Our UT shaped swimming pool includes a large T shaped pool and a small U shaped wadding pool for the little ones. Pool hours are from 10am to 10pm and all children 14 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult. A resident key is required to access the pool. |
